Here at the foot of this mountain range in Gruyère, Switzerland the vision for Ignite Europe was born…
Today we are introducing a new initiative: Unity in Light. This initiative serves as a precursor for Worship on the Mountain.
Mandate:
Ignite Europe was birthed out of a mandate from God and three core words: Unity, Passion, and Hope.
- It is our prayer to see the Church, the body of Christ, walk in unity, lock arms, and together see this continent overtaken by the love and power of Jesus. “My goal is that they may be encouraged in heart and united in love…” – Colossians 2:2
- It is our desire to see the Church passionately in love with Jesus and boldly proclaiming the Good News.
- It is our desire to bring Hope to the hopeless and see a generation rise up knowing and accepting that the God of the universe sent his only begotten son to die for them individually, so that they may have life and have it more abundantly through Jesus Christ.
Mission:
With that being said, we will feature ministries across this great continent on our social media channels through a short and simple video interview. The purpose is that ministers and Christians all across Europe can be encouraged by seeing that they are not alone. There are like-minded devoted Christians who are working just as diligently to build God’s kingdom and He is doing something great all across the nations. Metaphorically saying; we want to highlight ministries, your ministry, and sit it on the mountaintop as a beacon of light. We want your ministry to be made known so that ministers, leaders, businessmen and –women as well as mothers, fathers, youth and children can be encouraged and join forces; for the sole purpose of Jesus Christ being made known.
